Highway Traffic Intelligent Monitoring Software Research And Development

Along with speed development of highway and ITS (Intelligent Traffic System) in China, the network toll system and monitor and control system are hot points of highway construction. Achievements of application research and development in traffic field are good benefit. The traffic intelligent monitor and control software is researched and developed in this paper.The Background of the project is introduced, the status of highway construction all over the world and the plan of highway construction of China are introduced. The technology of control and network and database is involved in the research and development of the project. The architecture of traffic intelligent monitor and control system is presented, the structure of the network is discussed. The components and functions of monitor and control software are analyzed. The application software of traffic intelligent monitor and control system is designed and implemented.
