Research On Gigitalized Super Highway And Implementaions

As the life line of the national economy, transportation has witness dramatic development, and therefore the planning and management of it become increasingly important. However most of the available information we could get about super highway is of 2 dimensional, most of the transport sight designing stayed at the level as making the simulation and most of the management data are relatively isolated. This paper with the title as "The Research on the Digitalized Super highway and it's implement" focuses on the building the comprehensive information platform to present various aspect of super highway with advanced digital technology.With in depth research on the surveillance system of super highway, this paper analyzes the status quo and development of digital izati on integration technology home and abroad and research on the key technology in implantation of digitalized super highway such as technology fields in 3S, database, graphic and image, multimedia, network transport, MIS, hardware and interface, security and authentication , system integration and application , modeling, virtual reality and visualization. This paper also discusses the modeling of the digitalized super highway , identifies the framework of the digitalized super highway, researches on the function of the various application systems and focuses on the common aspect of the various application system. Taking the Jing-zhu Super highway as an example,this paper builds an information platform of the super highway, implements the virtual flight view which demonstrates traffic flow , occupation rate, alterable bulletin board, weather information etc, and successfully implements the visualization of the super highway.The term "Digitalized Super highway" proposed in this paper is a significant part of "Digitalized Globe" and a plays a supporting role in implantation of it. Digitalized Super highway is a digitalized realization of the real super highway with digitalized technological means such as GIS , RS, network ,multimedia and VR etc. The comprehensive information about the geology ,natual source ,ecology environment,population,economy can be collected and digitalize to demonstrate the infrastructure and mechanism of the city and for strategy making and prediction. The main idea is that various aspect of the super highway could be digitalize to make the most use of resources and information and to help people get convenient way to get the information which interest them most, featured by the embedding the geological information and multi-resolution and 3D description of the super highway namely "virtual super highway". With the digitalized information about space, vehicles ,environment integrated and communicated ,sustainable development of transport system and environment could be achieved and thus improve people's life.Digitalized super highway which involves multi disciplines is of great practical significance in planning management of super highway and proves to be the future trend for the development of super highway.
