The rapid development of highway makes the regional road network scale expandsunceasingly. Followed by it, the highway electromechanical equipment system has been fullydeveloped. At the same time, in order to more efficient operations and management, thehighway mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management becomeincreasingly important. The electromechanical system which using advanced technologyequipment is involving a number of high-tech fields, the range of the species and specificationis becoming more and more diversified and comprehensive. The problem of the managementof the highway electrical and mechanical equipment is also becoming more and moreprominent. Therefore, how to manage the decentralized electromechanical equipmenteffectively, timely and fast has become a key problem which faces the expressway in China.In order to achieve the information management of the highway electrical andmechanical equipment operation and maintenance, this paper make a system research andanalysis based on Henan expressway management of electrical and mechanical equipmentmaintenance and experience in this thesis, which focus on the basic structure of the electricaland mechanical equipment and functional components of the highway. Also, this paper usesthe computer networks to build a set of electrical and mechanical equipment highwaymaintenance management system. It makes the highway electrical and mechanical equipmentmaintenance becomes simple and convenient.Firstly, this paper discusses the present domesticand international research status of highway electromechanical maintenance system andpoints out deficiencies in the maintenance work on the basis of this thesis project background.Then the classification of the highway electromechanical equipment and the structure of theclassification highway mechanical and main electrical equipment are analyzed. Bysummarizing the characteristics of mechanical and electrical equipment, this paper makes abrief introduction for methods and technical standards of highway maintenanceelectromechanical equipment. Then according to the actual project’s user needs, this paperproposes functional design and user needs analysis and introduces the key technologies anddevelopment platforms to develop a simple system. This equipment administration systemwas developed and established by taking economical and practical SQL Server2008asbackground data-base, taking Browser/Server as structure while is easy to upgrade,convenient to use and extend, and using Java, JavaScript languages to develop and debug. Thetests show that the features of and nonfunctional characteristics of the mechanical andelectrical maintenance management software completely meet the requirements, and thesoftware has a friendly interface and interaction ability, it is easy to operate, easy to get startedand has strong practicability.
