The development of work-flow technology provides the conditions for enterprise business process management,especially for service institution involved the cooperation of multiple departments and multiple business systems.The current service institutions conform to the development trend of information technology,taking a variety of business process management system to monitor the business process,achieving the paperless office.In this process,large number of log records of business process instances has produced including the ID,operation duration,the personnel data and so on.These log data is able to provide a more objective basis for performance evaluation.How to use log data to manage employees is the problem faced by each service organization,and performance evaluation as a way to measure employee behavior and contribution.However,there are some problems currently,for instance,qualitative indicators are imperfect,difficult to quantify and lack of objectivity data support.This performance assessment system is based on a large number of business process log data,which provides the functions of information management,performance assessment,results feedback and so on.On the one hand,for managers,you can understand the work of each employee,to develop in line with each person's career planning,tap the potential of employees.On the other hand,for employees themselves,you can clearly see the strengths and weaknesses of each employee.According to the assessment results,employees analyze their own shortcomings and make improvements to determine the objectives of the next phase.The system can simplify the management plan to daily life and enable the team and employees to manage themselves.The performance appraisal system realized in this paper depends on our proposed performance appraisal model.Firstly,from the aspect of indicator data,this system is based on business process data including the post personnel and the activity time of the process nodes.It filters out the indicators within a certain period consists of the total number of staff for the business,the number of days of work,instance processing time,efficiency and accuracy,etc.Combined with the operational characteristics of business processes,different computing models will be established.Secondly,from the weight calculation of the indicators,we propose the improved analytical hierarchy process(AHP)namely AHP-II to calculate the weight of key indicators such as work results,work ability,work attitude,etc.Finally,from the feedback of evaluation results,this paper puts forward the classification model based on the decision tree.It can diagnose the cause of the employee's performance,so as to facilitate the overall planning of the managers.The log analysis model constructed in this paper was based on a large number of business process data,which are more scientific and objective.It provides performance feedback for employees and managers and helps them achieve a win-win goal.The paper mainly expounds the performance evaluation system based on business process log from the aspects of research background,requirement analysis,related technology,conceptual design,detailed design,system implementation and testing.The system uses B/S architecture mode,uses Java technology to develop,and the server uses Oracle database to display the information of staff performance evaluation indicator,rankings,feedback and so on.The main objects of this system are human resources and social security organizations.
