Design And Implementation Of Business Performance Management System For JinXing Company

This thesis presents the development of JinXing company's business performance management system from the perspective of software design and implementation. This system's goal is to satisfy the enterprise's business operation management requirements with more global vision, particularly in solving its business performance measurements and evaluation problems.This thesis presents the system analysis, design and programming in detail centralized with the above goals. This software's requirements are classified in two categories, one of which is to measure and evaluate the sales business performance and the other is to measure and evaluate its internal business costs. The thesis analyzes the major performance information processing functions with emphasis on those of basic performance information management, business performance planning and evaluating functions together with use case models. On basis of its function analysis the thesis systematically presents the software design scheme. In the system design blueprint the architecture is constructed as hierarchical framework and the major modules are described with their internal objects, member data variables and functions and how the major functions work with appropriate class model diagrams and flowcharts. In addition to these the system database design scheme is also described with entity relationship model and data table structure tables.The object oriented techniques are applied in designing and implementing this system. It is programmed with C# and SQL Server as its database server platform. Through testing and probation running, this system proves its capability in providing a high level indicators oriented business management and control utility for the company and strong supports to performance measurements and evaluations in product sales business and operation cost control demands, helpful in providing important decision making evidences on long term resource configuration and optimization as well as satisfying the enterprise's management objectives at current phase.
