With China's entry into WTO in 2001,China's financial industry is opening to foreign banks,the competition of commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce.The financial industry in order to enhance the competitiveness and adaptability,methods to improve performance in the active exploration and practice,the reform of the organization,restructuring,human resources management flat organization has become a mainstream trend of banking reform.Although these adjustments can reduce costs and improve efficiency,but the lack of an objective performance appraisal system,they can not achieve a long-term incentive effect,also can not improve the performance and efficiency of the enterprise.In order to realize the coordination of individual and enterprise performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,only the establishment of a performance management system for the evaluation of performance and defined performance.The performance appraisal in the management of the banking industry occupies a very important part.Fine computer inform atization and the development of banking business,the original manual assessment of the serious lag of business,only through the computer program design customized specifically for performance check management software,in order to meet the requirements of the development of modern banking.This paper describes the design and implementation of bank performance evaluation system.The logical framework of the performance appraisal system is divided into two parts: the background data extraction processing a nd the display of the front desk business computing.Complete the data extraction process will most of the data processing,the core database and details of data processing in a variety of peripheral system database metadata performance assessment requirem ents,data show part of the ASP.NET framework and ADO.NET data access technology architecture of Microsoft.NET,complete the performance appraisal system to generate results in ASPX page display.This paper describes the analysis of the performance evaluat ion system,the business needs of architecture design,detailed design,system realization,the development tools and data conversion tools and other parts of the main content,and then a detailed analysis of the system architecture design and evaluation s ystem design.System architecture design part of the detailed description of the logical architecture,data architecture,network topology.Detailed design of the system using UML design of class diagram,sequence diagram,flow chart.Functional module des ign is discussed in detail the concept of index management,assessment program customization,scoring model,and so on.
