General secretary Hu Jintao at Tsinghua university's centennial anniversary ceremony speech,pointed out that "The universities of China should improve the quality as the main goal,to emphasize the task on the education reform development,to develop innovation on education teaching method,to strengthen the mastery of the education,and forming new advantages".And?The national medium and long term education reform and the plan outline of development(2010-2020)?exactly proposed to" strengthen the construction of laboratory and the practice base of in or out of school,supporting the students to participate in scientific research and teaching interaction,developing practice teaching part,to promote the scientific research and teaching interaction,combine with innovation talent training".Along with our economic and social development and continuous development of the reform of education teaching,in order to train and support the future of the industry development in our country,therefore the innovative talents with international competitiveness has become the urgent goal.In the reform process of education,the education has become the breakthrough point to improve its quality,which is an important part to cultivate innovative talents and improve education teaching level.First,in this text will carries the problem of laboratory management appeared in existing universities on discussion,and to solve these problems,they will try to use technical ways to set up the laboratory integrated control platform,to unified management of laboratory equipment and related supplies,to be able to realize the scientific and availability control of laboratory,which is s a beneficial attempt.Base on the requirement analysis of laboratory management,we carried on the system architecture design.The main modules in the system are divided and described.Lay a good foundation for later system profiles and detaied designing.In the third part,we design the main laboratory system.From the database design,module function,system flow chart and data flow chart are described in detail.So,the skeleton and vein of the system are basically determined.The forth part is the detailed design and coding of the system,which is based on the content of the general design,it further describes the business logic of some modules in the form of pseudo-code,and,and basically realizes the functional characteristics.Finally,the limitations of the existing system are explained.It will have a discussion on the future system development and function improvement.In conclusion,we designed and realized the comprehensive control platform of laboratory in universities based on the analysis of business requirements and modern management ideas.
