Design And Implementation Of Baotou Teachers College Laboratory Management Platform Based On C/S Structure

At present our country market on the laboratory management system (LIMS) can bedivided into three categories: the foreign LIMS, localized foreign LIMS, domestic LIMSsoftware. Each class has its advantages and disadvantages, but no matter what kind oflaboratory management system, in particular to a unit, there will be some functions can notfully meet the actual needs of the unit of investment management system, make great are notfully utilized, and even idle.Our school has11departments need to at the end of each semester semester experimentmaterial declaration, the declaration procedures is the department experiment course teachersto fill out the next semester required experimental material, and then submitted to theDepartment of laboratory director for approval, instructional leadership approval laboratorydirector approval submission department, teaching leadership approval to submit Officeapproval, office of academic affairs after the examination and approval departments cansupplies purchasing, warehousing, storage, reporting and other work according to the result ofapproval. All of these work by hand to do exist, low efficiency, error-prone querymanagement, summary statistics difficult, almost difficult to implement, control abuse ofconsumable price is difficult. Laboratory management platform in view of the development ofa set of scientific, efficient, transparent, for teachers to declare three supplies, consumablesand supplies out of storage, management, picking list automatic generation controlconsumable price, consumables, reimbursement, supplies classification summary statistics, itis very necessary to the rational allocation of resources. Therefore our school approved the“experimental management platform of Baotou teachers college” campus project this project,I as in people who participated in this project.Laboratory management platform of Baotou teachers college, including basicinformation module, user management module, material examination and approval module,storage management module, query collection module, requisitions management module,system settings module. The system uses SQL Server2000as the database, Visual Studio2005as the development platform, the three layer architecture as design and developmentmodel. In this paper, including the analysis of laboratory management platform design, implementation, operation, maintenance of the whole process.
