The colleges and universities are operating the reformation in the management step by step. In addition, the laboratory construction is further standardized and complicated. Then, university laboratory management has become more arduous and complicated. Therefore, there is an urgent need to use the computer to carry out assisted management to streamline our work.. It is necessary to use the computer networks to carry out laboratory management because University network is very popular. Opening to students brings the new challenges to the traditional laboratory management. Laboratory management can realize that computer controls the entire process of the practical training courses. It can reduce the burden of the managers. Also, it can improve work efficiency and service level. The chief administration should strengthen their control for the opening and management of the laboratory. The integrated management system can also provide raw data and basic data which become an important basis for assessing the laboratory. The integrated management system can improve the resources sharing among the schools and can submit the data to the chief administration department of the education.The thesis,dealing with the current stauts of higher educational institution laboratory management,presents a solution of an open laboratory integrated information process platform,and analyzes its key techniques.The thesis deeply discusses the characterristics and its function model of an open laboratory,and then proposes the overall design and the idiographic and its construction.The system development process based on Web Service is discribed by the realization of the experiments search subsystem.The thesis also presents the integration model and the exchanging way of isometric data based on the Web service with the typical situation of our college.The last part is a summary and expectation.The using of this system can achieve the standardization and normalization of laboratory management; improve the teaching quality, management level and service level; provide the basis for the management and decision-making; offer the detailed data for assessing the laboratory; provide the effective protection to the opening of it.
