Electronic Document System Safety Studies

Along with IT development, the e-government affairs faces more and more applications. Among these processing, share and deliver the electronic official document become an important application. Security is one of the crux of matter in the official document processing process. How to prevent from divulge and keep it safe, is the problem that the electronics official document system needs to be reply actively. In the meantime, the safety problems of the electronics official document met include these following aspects:(1) The secret and integrity of the true identity; (2) The documents are confidential and integrated; (3) Users can not deny.This thesis researches on the electronics security problem that the electronic official document facing. The electronic official document system's whole processing process is divided into three stages: edit electronic official document; deliver the electronic official document; manage the electronic official document. On this basis, the author carries on her analysis with electronic official document, listing the safe risk face by different stage, puts forward the correspond safety control strategy.Moreover, combining the popular safety control new technique, considering the safe control strategy on management and technique two sides, this thesis proposed the whole and safe platform of the electronic official document system.End, according to practical experience, this thesis put forward its own suggestion to the electronics official document system safe implementation.
