Currently,most domestic and add ball machine control system is the operator manual.By manual operation plus ball machine balls to add,not only likely to cause flour mill run,occurred over the powder,over-temperature and other accidents,and there is no guarantee of work under the best long-term health of the system.Significance of this issue is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,according to the amount to be automatically added to the ball mill,saving the ball,reduce power consumption,increase economic efficiency,improve the safety of plant operation,extend equipment life;two by ZigBee wireless communication technology to achieve a remote control,reduce labor intensity of operating personnel;third,to increase ball control system has a better solution will promote the rapid development of related technologies,will give a more complex system control provide effective solutions.Firstly,this paper introduces the ZigBee wireless sensor networks,Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol.The operating principle of the system,and based on this proposed overall design.Secondly,introduces the hardware part of the control system design,hardware control system should include the following three parts:the main controller,RS-232 transfer ZigBee wireless communication module and RS-232 to Ethernet communication modules.The main controller C8051F120 microcontroller,peripheral circuits including the RS-232 interface circuit,RS-485 interface circuit,voltage conversion circuit,digital input and output interface circuits,analog input and output circuits,power supply circuit,JTAG debug circuit.RS-232 transfer ZigBee wireless communication module using Shanghai Shun Zhou Network Technology Co.,Ltd.of SZ02-ZigBee.RS-232 to Ethernet module STM32F107 microcontroller,Ethernet interface chip used is Silicon Labs Introduces CP2200.Again,part of the control system software is introduced,the controller software should contain four parts,the main controller C8051F120 program design,RS-232 to Ethernet communications module program design,monitoring and configuration of the PC side as well as interface design MCGS touch screen design program.Finally,a joint trial,since no laboratory ball mill system,so according to the actual situation of the mill built by IPC,PCL812PG boards and configuration software.After repeated laboratory commissioning and field tests,the system stability and reliability,to meet the needs of the industrial field.
