Industrial Ethernet technology is one of the hot topics in the field of industrial automation control and it plays a key role in this field. It provides simple operation for industrial control, which leads to good efficiency of industry. With the development of computers、network、communication and some other technologies, Industrial Ethernet plays an important role to advance industry and agriculture to the times of being more informed、intelligent and automatic steadily.Industrial Ethernet is becoming more and more important in the field of industrial monitor and control. The advanced data acquisition technology combined with Industrial Ethernet technology can accomplish data collecting and realize the task of controlling, which reflects the level of the latest operation. If we consider applying it in the monitor system of frozen storage warehouse of fruits, it’s much better compared with tranditional manual operation in operating management, flexibility and efficiency. In order to get the frozen storage technology of fruits rid of the tranditional manual operation, I studied the control system of frozen storage of fruits which is based on regulating gas. And I studied it based on the experiment developing platform of Industrial Ethernet. The monitor system of frozen storage of fruits which is regulated by gas includes the monitor and control of temperature and humidity. The design of the system integrates the technology of computers、 Industrial Ethernet、Sensors、client or service system of OPC, etc.This article discussed the development of the technology and fruit storage research situation, in contrast, nowadays, the gas-conditioning storage nowadays is the most effective means of storage, but because the cause of the technology and equipment in the country, is not popular. Then introduces the knowledge and technology aboult this subject.Then puts forward realization method and principle of the monitor system of fruit warehouse, and through the experimental simulation realize the main functions of the system. This subject focuses on the research content as follows.(1) Dangshan pear as the research object, research Dangshan crisp pear optimal storage conditions, analyzes the basic function of the system.(2) Introduced the topic experiment of the hardware, connection and system structure. PC with NMAM-3800and NDAM-2808complete detection and control of the system. Through switch,NDAM communication module and the host is linked together, and complete data quickly forwarding.(3) Detailed description of the module design and implementation, and monitoring system client application design and implementation throw MCGS.
