With the improvement of people’s living standards, public demand for fruits andvegetables is increasing year by year, and also its quality requirements is graduallyimproving. But the ratio of China’s fruit and vegetable output and natural output ofpostpartum recovery when only about0.4:1, almost in its original state market. Visiblepostharvest preservation of our industry has great potential for development in thetraditional cold single controlling temperature and humidity based on the emergenceof fresh fruit and vegetable industry atmosphere provides a reasonable environmentfor the more advanced. In this area, air conditioning equipment domestically advancedproblem is the key to development, the need to enhance the level as quickly aspossible.According to the domestic air conditioner product features a single, detectionaccuracy is not enough, lack of control measures, such as the status quo, this projectaims to design a research function relatively complete, accurate and reliableperformance relative air conditioner systems. To this end the use of the Siemens rangeof industrial products combine Kunlun-state MCGS host configuration software, andselected high-precision detection devices, has developed a monitoring andmanagement system based on PLC automation control. The automatic control systembased on Siemens S7-200series PLC control; software by STEP7, Wincc Flexible,MCGS configuration design; achieve effective integration, real-time accurate andtimely feedback control, flexible data storage detection. And the system also comeswith a stand-alone device or touch-screen text display, combined with remote PCconfiguration interface, the upper end of the run as a joint monitoring management.In this study, Jinan National Agricultural Research Center for Modern LogisticsEngineering Technology program as an example, the development of the design of theautomated control system of air conditioning apparatus. Firstly, the paper analyzes thestatus quo to make the background and significance of the subject; then in turn theoverall architecture of the system set up, process analysis, the core componentselection, the key stand-alone automation equipment design, system PLC hardware/software design, host configuration job design and other aspects; and the set ofsystems in other advanced degrees and technical innovation has made domestic gastransfer product comparison instructions. This set of equipment has been completed on-site installation, field machine72hours of continuous operation, the system is running in good condition. Airconditioned atmosphere parameters of the indicators are standard within the specifiedtime, automatic data logging mode and norms for maintaining the steady-stateenvironment atmosphere library. Experimental parameters were adjusted on the gassystem to make the seven-day gas sampling through gas chromatography analysisingredients are within the allowable error, and the system is operating normally zerofailures. Design and implementation of this study is not only to some extent promotethe technological level of domestic air conditioner, but also for the development ofdomestic fruit and vegetable industry atmosphere provides a valuable exploration.
