Research On Project Planning And Implementation Strategy Of Enterprise Data Center In HG Company

Along with the rapid development of information technology and cloud computing industry,as well as the deeply integration of enterprise informatization and industrialization,enterprises especially large and medium-sized enterprises pay more attention to the construction of the data center,day by day the construction mode is become to cloud,simple and energy-saving.As the core link of enterprise informatization construction,data center is directly related to the use effect of enterprise information system.During the implementation of the project,while paying attention to the application of new technology,how to formulate scientific and reasonable project planning and control strategy is also a problem need to be studied.Enterprise data center is the foundation of realize the integration for industry and informatization of enterprise and intelligent manufacturing.Due to the characteristics of multi project and complex technology,the enterprise data center has become one of the hot spots of current research.Based on the professional division of labor and cloud computing layered concept,the data center construction is divided into two parts:infrastructure and cloud computing platform to plan and implement.Considering the present situation of enterprise and actual operation demand,the subsystems involved in the project are reasonably planned,and the effective project control measures are adopted to guide the orderly connection of each subsystem of the project.Taking HG Company as an example,this paper analyzes the application of data center project planning and implementation in the domestic iron and steel industry.First of all,from the demand analysis and business expansion,we found that the actual operation of the original data center has the problems of energy efficiency ratio,resource utilization rate and low degree of automation,and puts forward the project requirements and project planning scheme.Secondly,focus on project implementation and project process control,the main contents including control the project schedule with project schedule table which formation based on Gantt chart,;control of project cost through the earned value method;control project quality according to quality conference held on a regular basis.Finally through the evaluation method and AHP method to evaluate enterprise data center project from following three level:project planning,project control and operation effect,the project cost is reduced by 7.4%,1 months ahead of schedule,the server CPU utilization rate increased from 15%to 60%,The efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel was more than 5 times than before.Increase of energy efficiency brings more low-cost application.HG enterprise data center project research method and construction thought is of theoretical significance and implementation of enterprise data center project planning;the successful planning and implementation of the project has a certain reference value for the construction of the iron and steel enterprise data center.
