Design Of Enterprise Project Management System Based On Cloud Computing Platform

Super large scale engineering project has many characteristics,such as many project participants,large investment scale,complex information communication,complex construction technology,strict quality requirements,etc,which leads to the need for cross departmental and cross regional data sharing and information exchange in engineering project management.At the same time,a large number of diversified mass data will also be generated,and the sharing ability,information management and calculation ability of engineering project management will be improved Higher force requirements.Based on the idea of software engineering,this paper studies the enterprise project management system based on cloud computing platform using UML and other software engineering design tools.First of all,based on the business analysis of enterprise project management,using the use case diagram analysis technology of UML technology,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system from three roles of project staff,project approval personnel and system management personnel,and determines the non functional requirements of the system,such as security,reliability,maintainability,robustness,reusability and interface friendliness;then the construction principle of the enterprise project management system is based on system requirements analysis.At the same time,the overall architecture of the system,which is composed of the cloud platform layer,data layer,management middle layer and performance layer,is established.The key functions of the system are divided into four modules,i.e.user management,project management,announcement of the management and process management.The analysis of relationship E-R diagram and the design of key data table are studied.Finally,the construction of Hadoop basic cloud platform,the storage and management of a large number of small file data in the process of enterprise project management,the construction of system data warehouse,and the realization of key system functions such as user confidence management,project information management,announcement information management and project work management are studied research.According to the characteristics of engineering project management related resources and the demands of information sharing across departments and regions,and considering the characteristics of large liquidity and wide geographical distribution of related parties,this paper adopts cloud computing technology and data warehouse technology to build the engineering project management system based on cloud computing technology,manages all aspects of data resources of project related parties in the way of service,and increases powerful storage and processing capacity of large-scale data to realize full sharing of information.Compared with other solutions,flexible,reliable and efficient project management services can be obtained based on the enterprise project management system of cloud computing platform.
