| With the rapid development and wide application of network communication technology,portable mobile terminal devices represented by smart phones,tablets and e-readers are becoming more and more popular.The era of traditional media based on television has entered the era of new media,which is mainly digital.The popularity of mobile devices has made people in the vast ocean of information.The emergence of massive information,diversified reading and diversified information channels has greatly changed people's traditional learning as well as reading methods.The mobile terminals and APP clients like Smart phones,e-books,Weibo,We Chat have become the main objects of reading.It also promotes the development of universal reading,which is dominated by mobile digital reading.As a result,a new reading method which called micro-reading has emerged.The biggest characteristic of micro-reading is that the micro-reading has abundant multimedia resources.Short content and powerful social functions can be summed up as interactivity,sociality,fragmentation,etc.At present,micro-reading has become the most popular way of reading in society.Based on traditional literature service,the university library comply with the trend of social development,integrates the characteristics of the times,and invests a lot of funds and manpower to carry out the micro-reading service with the help of the new media platform.The purpose of this service is to redefine the needs of users,through the knowledge of micro-reading services to enhance the students' ability to explore independently and carry out research-based reading microscopically by the diversified and personalized reading characteristics of students.From a macro perspective,Micro-reading service can create a more convenient,pleasant and comfortable micro-reading environment for all the university library users.And the micro-reading service provides a new impetus for the development of traditional reading through the new media.This paper investigates the new media service platforms which are widely used in university libraries,on the basis of the research on the theory of micro-reading and do a research on the construction of micro-reading service platformFirst of all,this paper introduces the related concepts of micro-reading in detail,aiming to clarify the background,concept definition and characteristics of micro-reading.Then,the meaning of micro-reading service in university libraries will be discussed.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of micro-reading service in 42 "double first-class" university libraries,the objects of investigation include three micro-end reading platforms used by libraries.As an important carrier of information dissemination in the new media environment,the three micro-end has played an important role in the micro-reading service of library.After investigating and analyzing the current status of micro-reading services in university libraries.Combined with the current social environment and technological environment,this paper puts forward the micro-reading service model of university library based on resource layer,technology layer,service layer and user level.Finally,through the analysis of various promotion paths,the promotion mode and development strategy of micro-reading service platform are put forward. |
