| As for final users of software system,whether the information can be transmitted effectively,accurately and totally to users is extraordinarily critical to the system.However,multiple factors such as business features,system scale,and the volume and complexity of data bring poor information transmission and interaction and unsound usability of HR system.HR system vendors are eagerly to seek for a sound solution that takes current conditions into account and meets HR system's demand,and effectively designs and implements well consistency information interaction as well.Visualization technology can highly promote understanding efficiency for users.Effects of this technology have been proved in some enterprises-wide applications.As for problems encountered by HR system vendors,it can be regarded as a good idea.Thus,based on thoughts of making business functions visualized and background of developing TalentBase HCMS(Human Capital Management System),this dissertation deeply researches and implements visualization in terms of organizational information,and its contents and outcomes concludes:(1)Through data visualization's research,this dissertation reviews its development process,applicable range,hot issues and best practices.They are TalentBase HCM organizational information data visualization design's theory and technical foundations.(2)Basing on the analysis mentioned above and combining current and future market orientation of TalentBase HCM,data visualization vision and objective should be defined.Accordingly,And a detailed description of the business functions of the demand analysis,system design,development and implementation of the process of testing.At present,TalentBase HCM organizational information data visualization development work has been completed.In a number of projects exceeding customer expectations bidding,effectively enhance the competitiveness of products,and has been based TalentBase HCM implementation project to get the user's certainly more than make eHR system data to maximize the value of the previous release. |
