According to the characteristics of this group s business requirements and UF human resources system,human resources management information system of the this group the deployment of centralized deployment mode,namely:setting the application server and database server in the headquarters of the group,human resources system terminal group headquarters and subsidiaries directly using a browser(IE6.0 and above or other IE core browser),can be operated by a variety of network connection login application server.The construction of the human resource system is to help build this group human resources management platform,the basic realization of human resources business,the construction of the system is based on the strategic goal,this Group organizational structure,personnel information,personnel service as the basis,to realize the change of employee life cycle in the process of tracking and control,help to realize the reasonable the allocation of personnel,to grasp the flow status of each member enterprise personnel provide human security and monitoring to achieve business objectives.The HR business involved in this project is as follows:organization management,personnel change,salary management,time management,social security benefits,employee self-service and reporting business,etc.In view of the above problems,it is particularly important to centralize the deployment and implementation of each company in one system.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the centralized project cdeployment of enterprises,so as to meet the requirements of centralized management.Focus on the status analysis of a group,solutions to differences,business blueprint and deployment steps.Save construction investment effectively,optimize the allocation of software and hardware resources,create intensive and efficient enterprises,and meet the needs ofthe development ofthe general division group model.During the implementation process,I mainly investigated the business process of the company's staff management,and analyzed the functional and non-functional requirements of the human capital management system based on JSP,as well as the feasibility of the system.At the same time,I also understand the key technology of developing system,such as B/S structure,UML technology and database technology.In the process of system analysis and design,the unified modeling language is adopted,and the use case diagram and time sequence diagram of the system are listed.Then the function construction,database,logic structure,network architecture and other contents of the whole system are introduced in detail.Implementation of the headquarters branch of the centralized deployment,enhance the this group headquarters control level.Through the centralized deployment of headquarters,data centralization has been realized,and the intensive management and control of human capital by the company headquarters has been strengthened,and the management of core business has been promoted.
