The Design And Implementation Of The Local Finance Capital Construction Funds Management System Based On B/S Structure

We analysis the basic construction funds of local finance project management needs, consider the basic construction fund financial management office of the management process, and the system should be able to achieve the clear classification of the management types, clear division of the relevant departments, management of the relevant functional departments in terms of their duties; the relevant personnel allocation in terms of relevant personnel duties. The relevant information of the fund manager is reported to the superior department and the photos of the applicants are stored in the form of XML documents. A large number of charts in the system design are drawn using the VISIO software tools. In the project testing phase, the existing network environment and functional tests are given by the test case analysis.The system is running stable, and realizes the network management of basic construction funds of local finance, reduces the work flow, greatly shortens the business cycle from the essence of management, improves work efficiency and social benefit is obvious. Finally, it points out the further research work, and hopes to strengthen the management function of the bidding and tendering.
