Research On Project Management Of Mobile Camera Module Products Based On IPD In SY Company

With the rapid development of mobile Internet in recent years,mobile phones become indispensable for people communication.The global mobile market has flourished as never before.However,with the high penetration rate of mobile market and the changes of customer personalized and diversified needs,the market competition is fiercely increasing.Thus,Mobile industry needs to have more competitive performance in the aspects of product innovation,price positioning,and the user experience.As one of the core devices,camera compact module is facing the major problems in its product development,such as higher customer personalized demand,the increase of development quantity,shorter development cycle and the more cost competition.Accordingly,it is necessary to use an effective product project management mode to optimize and solve these problems.Therefore,we adopt IPD in this paper.IPD,Integrated Product Development,is a new research and development management pattern which has attracted much attention in the high-tech industry at home and abroad in recent years.Through the IPD,can be established based on market and customer demand driven integrated product development process,product development as an investment management,more effective management of product development,to accelerate the market reaction speed,reduce development costs,improve product stability,production and maintenance purposes.This paper is based on the essence of the IPD project management and the current research results,analyzes the product and the characteristics of the development of mobile phone camera module industry,and as a combination of the SY company's product features,the project management process,organization framework and the reality,who is the camera module corporate champion manufacturing enterprise,analyzes the typical problems existing in the implementation of in the process of product development system of the SY company,and combined with the theory of project management and IPD solutions typical--the construction of standardized structured product development management process and the construction of integrated decision-making team and restructuring project performance.It is expected that the results of this paper could provide SY Company with beneficial enlightenment for product development mode revolution,and at the same time,provide a majority of CCM manufacturers with reference and help to build an efficient product development management system.
