The Study Of Quality Management About The Whole Lifecycle Of A Smart Phone Development Project

Smart phones because of its convenient and feature-rich，can bring people’swork， entertainment and other high experience has been an unprecedenteddevelopment opportunities. The major smart phone manufacturers take the increasedinvestment in mobile development. In view of the market continues to burst out onquality problem news and more consumer complaints are escalated in mobile phonemanufacturing industry，the project quality management in smart phone developmentresearch is raised.Analyzed and compared with the differences between the smart phonedevelopment process and project management processes，I apply the start of projectmanagement，planning，implementation，monitoring and closing five process groupsand nine knowledge fields with related knowledge to build analysis models. Basedon this，the smart phone development lifecycle is broken into five stages. They aresmart phone market assessment start-up stage of the project，smart phone during theplanning stage of project development， smart phone design validation andimplementation stage of the project，smart phone product acceptance process andmonitoring stage of the project，smart phone project closure and transfer of massproduction. In the five stages of project lifecycle about smart phone development，we used the knowledge of project management theory based on the project qualitymanagement，such as， project quality plan，project quality control，project qualityassurance and project quality improvement， for study of the smart phonedevelopment with the important thought from the project quality management. When elaborating the various knowledge of project management，we introduce a practicalsmart phone A development project to analyze and verify，and apply qualitymanagement and their quality control tools for the process quality control of smartphone development.The actual argument was provided by the study of quality management aboutthe whole lifecycle of A smart phone development project. At the sametime, the project quality management in smart phone development projects is stillsubject to the limits of development. Therefore, we propose a number of outlooks ofdevelopment on the project quality management in the follow-up smart phonedevelopment projects.
