Due to the large amount of tedious work with management in the business process,department and product market and other sectors,enterprises need training system application in accordance with the actual needs of enterprises to improve staff professional skills,provide online learning knowledge and skills of information platform for enterprise employees,and then through the cultivation of talents to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Now all including commercial banks,all enterprises have to pay more attention to the training management,training management as an important part of human resource management,to support a significant role to retain talent,talent training and so on,the use of information technology has important practical significance to the management of training work.This paper describes the background and significance of the research,this paper describes the important significance of research from different angles;in this paper and the related research at home and abroad are introduced in this paper,analysis of the main content and construction scheme of such a system at home and abroad;then introduces the technology of system development;through the preliminary theoretical basis,discussed in this paper.To carry out the feasibility of the subject from different angles,from the perspective of system users,analysis of the main function of different user roles should be covered,through the analysis of user needs,from the analysis of training needs and training management,implementation and management of training resources,management and system management of four major modules use case diagram,and detailed analysis;based on the outline design part description the design principle of the system,how to ensure the highest available system,minimum maintenance cost,through the way of module The overall technical architecture and analyzes the system database design,including the design of the main E-R figure and table structure;this paper also gives a detailed design of the system,detailed design of the system is the first system based design,including the design of user roles and permissions,and then divided into three modules,the sequence diagram,activity diagram,UML modeling,design a detailed description of the system,using SQL SERVER 2010 database to store the system data,the design and Realization of the system using the MVC design pattern,and then the realization of the interface system are given.In a word,this paper analyzes the status and objectives of the training management system,summarizes the business needs of the system,and then makes a business statement on this basis.The functional modules of the system are divided and the main functions and user roles of the system are designed.According to the functional design requirements,the overall functional framework and overall framework of the system are designed,and the specific functions of each module of the system are developed by using the object-oriented idea.The system has been deployed.A lot of tests have been done from two aspects of functional requirements and non functional requirements.The system has good stability and operation correctness.The completed training management system provides strong support for the company's training decision-making and management.The training management system can centralize management and share information for training.Under this platform,a set of strict training management system is formed,and the training work can be monitored and inquired in real time.The efficiency of the training of commercial banks has been improved.
