Design And Implementation Of Bank Business Training Course Management System Based On Object-Oriented Method

As the implementation of electronic and informatization in the banks of China,the Comprehensive Training Management System of Banking Business(CTMSBB)becoming the focus point.And it's urgent for the banks to strengthen the training of their employees because of emerging competitiveness resulted from the globalization.the use of information technology has important practical significance to the management of training work.This paper describes the background and significance of the research,this paper describes the important significance of research and development from different angles.Through the previous theoretical research,this paper takes the comprehensive training business of Ganzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in Jiangxi Province as an example,and discusses the feasibility of the project from different angles.Using object-oriented programming method and from the user's point of view,this paper analyses the main functions that different user roles should cover.Through user needs analysis,it designs use case diagrams of training needs management,training implementation management,training resources management and system management modules,and optimizes the existing integrated business training process.Change.This paper analyses the technical framework and the database design of the system by means of modules.This paper expounds the database of the integrated business training management system from three parts of system function analysis,entity class relationship analysis and database table,including the design of the main E-R diagram and the main table structure,so as to construct an efficient system.This paper also gives a detailed design of the system.The detailed design of the system begins with the basic design of the system,including the design of user roles and privileges.Subsequently,the system is divided into foreground and background modules.Through UML modeling methods such as sequence diagrams and activity diagrams,the design of the system is described in detail.Based on LAMP architecture,the system is designed by using MVC design pattern.The integrated business training course management system of Ganzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China has been implemented.The system has been tested in detail by using black box and white box testing methods.In a word,this paper analyses the current situation and objectives of the bank training management system,summarizes and combs the business needs of the system,and on this basis,makes a business statement.According to the requirement of function design,the specific functions are developed by using object-oriented.The system has been tested a lot.The system has good stability and operation correctness.This training management system can centralize management and share information for training.Under this platform,a set of strict training management system has been formed,which improves the efficiency of training work of commercial banks.Finally,the existing problems and future development directions of the system are discussed,and the expected contents of the next step are pointed out.
