In the current socioeconom ic environment,the com pany's staff turnover rate,training new employees to work arduous task,high cost,the bank is no exception.W ith the development of Internet technology,the extent of the bank's information technology development fast,therefore,in order to be flexible staf f training program s,reduce employee training costs,design staff remote online training system came into being.On the other hand,due to the im pact of Internet financial m arkets,banks also have to change the trad itional business model to des ign more products and services to m eet customer demand,therefore,the busines s level bank employ ees,higher demands.Therefore,staff training and assessment management system to achieve the bank can not only greatly im prove the efficiency of training,and can im prove the professional level of employees.The main function of this system is to provide an online learning and assessment of employee internet.W hen HR post new training program,employees can sign up to participate according to dem and on the ne twork learn through v ideo courses,and assessment methods in accordance with the provisions of online assessment system.In addition,the system also provides banking products and information presentation forum for the exchange of staff auxiliary module.The overall system design goal is to achieve staff training and assessm ent automation and standardization.The system can be divided into six key modules: system management module,course management module,management module training and assessm ent,examination and test m anagement module,banking products information module,forum management module.This paper introduces the main processes of the system design and implementation.First,the article introduces the syst em development background,purpose and significance,and key technologies required for system development were introduced;secondly,the need for system atic analysis made elaborate and adopt UML model analysis results indicate;then,describes the design process of the system,the design is divided into the overall design,database de sign and detailed functional m odules,the realization of the system class diagram,function allocation,la yered architecture,database tables,detailed functional de sign implementation logic;F inally,implementation of the system make a stat ement,introduced the sub-module system interface implementation,operational processes and related functions of the key code.During development of this system,using a scientific,standa rdized processes,make full use of the idea of software engineer ing,effectively improve the efficiency of software development,to ensure th e quality of the system.The bank staff training and the use of assessm ent management system,can effectively improve the m anagement level of banking-related sectors.
