However, with the development ofcomputer networks and the rapid popularization of Internet, distributed Web-basedplatform for training is rapidly developed. Web-based training system has advantages ofa wide teaching scope, without geography-based restriction, lower training cost andothers, resulting in some large training agencies attach great importance to it. In thatcontext, the management of Pudong Development Bank decided to establish aWeb-based online network training system to provide its staff with skill training.According to the skill training requirement of Fuzhou Pudong Development Bank,the Web-based online network training system mainly includes scheme management,training resource management, training implementation, training practice, examinationmanagement, information search, background system maintenance and other functions.It is mainly responsible for component-based development technology application insystem development, design and optimization of database object and application andoptimization of UML modeling technology in project development. In brief, the systemis mainly designed to:1. analyze the present situation of the training system and identifythe purpose and meaning of this project so as to formulate its layout and technical route.2. Study and analyze the application of key technology of system development so as todetermine modeling tools and use them to develop various models of the system.3.Design the scheme of system developing technology. To establish documents of systemrequirement analysis and of systematic design through activity diagram and illustration,and to build system testing plan and testing case.4. Program module code and test thesystem along with its development document.According to the first system operation and system testing, it suggests that thissystem meets the design goal and realizes function module development of requirementanalysis, and the system operation results are also right. Therefore, the system meets therequirements of staff online skill training for Pudong Development Bank and canenhance the efficiency of bank’s training.
