Along with the development of information technology,different kinds of industries are promoting and applying the management informatization in order to enhance their own competitiveness.At present,with the fierce competition among commercial banks,the competition is finally reflected in the talented person's competition.In order to obtain the competitive advantage of hu man resources in the competitive environment,the commercial banks decrease the cost of person nel training,improve the efficiency of training,promote the training management information construction and make the management traning standardized and scientific to enhance the comprehensive quality of employees,to reasonablely use existing human resources,and to raise the economic benefits and competitiveness of the bank.Therefore,this article choose the training management system of small and medium-sized commercial Banks,aiming to design an available training management information system of these Banks,which is tested and verified in practical application.This paper provides an effective reference to the theoretical study and practice application of small and medium-sized commercial banks training management system.Based on a certain city commercial bank as the research object and combined with the feature of specific industries,the paper provides a comprehensive research of related technologies and the latest theory of training management.On the basis of sufficient demand research,the article uses the methods of object-oriented analysis and design and the latest technology such as J2 EE and MVC,based on SSH framework,uses Hibernate to solidify model layer,Struts to complete the View layer of display and control,and the Spring to deal with the specific business logic and to bridge model layer and View layer,uses the componentization and modular of the utility functions and basic function and designs and realizes the versatility of training management system of commercial bank which is applied in the specific engineering and confirmed.The main research content includes: first,from the analysis of common problems of China's financial institutions training management,fully absorbing domestic and foreign research results and experience,for small and medium-sized commercial Banks training management research and analysis on the present situation and the demand;Second process optimization and reen gineering training management;Then the system design from the whole training management process,dynamic rights configuration,key function modular,indicators such as code system;Finally completing the training management system application deployment and testing.This paper analyzes and designs an independent training management system of small and medium-sized commercial banks that is successfully applied in a city commercial bank,which confirms the advantages of security,stability,high efficiency and easy to expand.By using the software,small and medium-sized commercial banks can better realize the training management work.This paper,for the development of training management system of small and medium-sized commercial banks,provides a good theoretical basis and has practical value for training management of small and medium-sized commercial banks.
