Design And Realization Of Real Estate Project Construction And Sales System Based On ArcGIS

As an important livelihood industry,the real estate industry has a close relationship with other industries,such as banking,provident fund,tax,property.The real estate industry is not only closely related to people's lives and economic interests,but also plays an important role in sustainable economic development.In recent years,with the rapid development of real estate market and the rising property prices,our government has introduced a series of related policies to standard the real estate market.The real estate market is gradually becoming more standard in the aspect of planning,construction,sales etc.For real estate developers,they focus on estimating the commercial value of real estate projects in advance,avoiding the risks in the process of project construction and improving buyers' purchase experiences.Therefore,the real estate developers would obtain economic benefits,and the real estate projects would be successfully completed as well.In order to have a unified management of building basic information,housing sales information and housing sales contract information.This thesis first establishes the Oracle real estate project construction and sales database,and connects with the database of government departments,so as to realize the data share and exchange.On this basis,this thesis uses Visual Studio 2012 software development tools to design and implement the real estate project construction and sales platform which has an effective management of the project sales of A company,through the pre–sale on-line application and approval,the housing sales contract on-line signing and recoding.By using ArcGIS technology,this thesis could analysis the business data and interest points of the real estate project,the commercial value of the project is also obtained.The supply and demand of housing is analyzed in the three-dimensional scene,and the virtual reality technology is used to build the indoor three-dimensional scene,this not only provides an immersive purchase experience to buyers,but also improves the success rate of housing sales.Through the application of ArcGIS technology and database technology,work efficiency of the real estate developers is enhanced,management of the real estate project sales data is regulated,purchase experience of buyers is improved.It makes a strong foundation for next step of data interconnection and data mining.
