Real Estate has always been the hot industry over the years, which is also one of the pillar industries of China’s economic development. With the rapid and continuous development of Internet, real estate Internet enterprises have sprung up in large amounts, such as Fang.com, Anjuke.com, LEJU, etc. This phenomenon exactly meets people’s demand of real estate information needs. People’s searching and purchasing real estate nowadays is eventually accessing to the Internet era. Meanwhile, the traditional real estate enterprises are trend to transform to the Internet in order to follow the ‘era’, and catch up people’s needs and the big market background. They are taking more advantages of Internet to plan marketing strategy instead of using traditional marketing approaches. However, most initial-stage real estate Internet enterprises always more emphasis on user-friendly of website instead of the importance of clients, which results in losing critical clients and competitive information, making the websites turn into a shell and lost its value. Considering this, more enterprises have realized that maintaining clients means improving enterprise’s competitiveness, which also arouses the CRM system.Given the background mentioned above, This paper focuses Real Estate enterprise CRM system implementation needs to help these enterprises to better serve our customers, maintain good customer relations, enhance corporate competitiveness in the industry. Therefore, this paper from the real problems, and from the actual business status quo analysis of a real estate Internet business to start, so that to the greatest degree of assurance designed CRM system meets the needs of the practical application of this type of business.This paper analyzes the competitive situation of Real Estate Internet companies, illustrate the necessity and urgency of this type of enterprises to implement CRM. Taking a real estate Internet enterprise for instance, I will analysis the problems based on the enterprise’s actual business. And then I will minutely illustrate the demand analysis, overall architecture design detailed function design and also the actual applicant effect after formal online release. In order to achieve CRM’s operations’ desired objectives in enterprises. The paper covers the whole process of how CRM program operates in real estate enterprises, which offers a complete set of solutions at the meantime. This not only explains the functions and regulations of CRM operation, but also demonstrates the internal value of design and analysis, which could make a significant indicative imply on similar enterprises in CRM operation.
