With China’s rapid economic development and the accelerated pace of urbanization,housing is increasingly becoming a growing concern, in this context, real estate in largenumbers, the real estate industry affected the lives of each one of us, in European andAmerican countries, real estate management information system technology is moremature, more perfect management, Web technology because of its convenient soundsystem to system design in real estate and are widely used in the development of China’sdevelopment has lagged behind in this respect these countries, technology is not mature,most companies have ignored the information management and personnel work fast andconvenient, even ignoring the modern high-tech benefits to people, so that thecomplexity of work, loss of information on the company itself information, especiallycustomer relationship management is to bring a great negative impact.Special real estate company for which I designed and developed the company’scustomer relationship management information system, is to provide the customer andthe availability of data entry and modification of query functions, for our customers andprovide more convenient availability of management, efficient service. In this paper,this situation, take full advantage of the learning of theoretical knowledge, combinedwith the actual situation, design a real estate agent suitable for China’s managementsystem. The system includes front-end applications and back-end database of two parts,the front-end applications, including business requirements, functional requirements,data requirements and the system environment requirements, gives a systematic analysisof the business process diagrams, use case descriptions were; in system design, theoverall system design and module design, including real estate management systemfunction modules, modular design gives the functional block diagram, class diagram,sequence diagrams and activity diagrams, detailed design content, and conduct aconceptual design and logical database design, database design gives the ER diagramand table structure, and real estate management system are summarized and prospects.
