Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Registration System Based On GIS

For a long time,China's real estate registration duties scattered in the land resources,forestry,marine and other departments,these departments develop technical standards and procedures,establish a registration information system,and implement informatization in a different degree according to their management characteristics of the industry.However,with the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,the continuous development of social economy,the problem of exposure more and more,has been difficult to meet the future development of land and resources information requirements.Since the integration of real estate registration responsibilities,the establishment of a unified real estate registration system,all levels of land and resources departments have responded.Under the background of the continuous implementation of the real estate unified registration information system,this paper studies the spatial data management and application of the real estate registration system by using GIS(Geographic Information System)technology,focusing on the real estate spatial data Organization management,format conversion,update and storage,aimed at changing the relevant departments in the data management efficiency is not high,relatively scattered and data format is not uniform situation,and to improve the real estate data management and data sharing support role.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)database construction: According to the real estate spatial data construction specification,based on Oracle 11 g database,the establishment of the system database,the use of spatial data management engine ArcSDE real estate space data and attribute data for effective management;(2)spatial data storage: the use of GIS technology to CAD format real estate space data conversion,CAD data analysis for the point,line,surface,note four Shapefile file,and finally into the database;(3)spatial data update: the use of strong current status of the data to update the real estate database in the non-current data,in the spatial data update at the same time,the use of ArcSDE updated version of the management;(4)system implementation: the system uses plug-in development architecture,in the real estate space database support,combined with ArcEngine secondary development platform,the real estate space data format conversion,storage and update processing modules integrated into the system.
