The vigorous development of major securities companies in China is closely related to customer resources.On the basis of improving the customer marketing system,the sound development of the brokerage agencies has been realized.Hongta Securities currently has a relatively complete departmental structure and a large number of customer resources,but there are loopholes in the relevant management system.It is impossible to perform flexible and timely handling of various types of abnormalities during business development.At the same time,there are irrational phenomena in the business broker's compensation system,and its adjustment mechanism is not flexible enough.Therefore,Hongta Securities aims to solve the above problems and develop the integrated marketing platform for customer marketing.The system's technical system is defined on the basis of the B/S architecture.The SSH framework as a representative of the technical system is used to deal with the level,which mainly completes the tasks of receiving requests,displaying feedback of results,mapping data tables,and processing services at the service level.The above tasks were completed by various lightweight frameworks that form the SSH framework,such as Spring.Oracle Database can fully exert its maximum effectiveness in the data management of banking and securities platform system,and it is adopted here.The functions of this platform are typically represented by marketing management.Customer return visits tasks and statistics are completed in customer service.In the personnel management,the overall management of the broker's main body is realized,including the various behaviors of the brokers,the quality of the practitioners,and on-the-job training.The main management objects in marketing management are organizations,which involves information such as teams and departments.The management of brokerage relations is centered on the relationship between brokers and clients,and involves various aspects such as claiming.Risk management can manage risk control projects,and can handle common abnormal situations such as brokerage relations,commission rates,and large-scale access.Remuneration management aims to establish a complete remuneration system.It can handle all types of remuneration indicators,set reasonable remuneration plans,and regulate the form of deductions and remuneration calculations.The system is fully adapted to the fundamental objectives of Hongta Securities in improving the customer marketing system.Take brokers,customers,departments and other elements as the core to grasp the broker's business behavior.It takes the form of a flexible remuneration system and makes reasonable evaluations of brokers.At the same time,the ability to deal with business-related anomalies has been significantly improved,and the securities company's risk response mechanism has been perfected,which ensure that the customer's marketing management system is always operating under normal conditions.
