Along with the rapid development of the establishment of modern enterprise system and social economy, the enterprise human resources has become an important factors about the survival and development of enterprises, strengthen the effective management of human resource and operation has become an important means to improve competitiveness of enterprises, human resources management system is also more and more attended by enterprises. In human resources management, compensation system strengthen plays an irreplaceable role in the human resource system for incentive and guide employee. Because the XX bank is built by 13 city banks, has certain particularity, the salary system of XX bank and other enterprises relatively complex, the compensation standards are different, and the various items are unstable, so that the wages of personnel department and unit of heavy work, low efficiency. A complete set of effective salary management system plays an important role in the development of the enterprises.This paper describes the design and implementation of the salary management system of the central bank’s process, firstly studies the development background of the system, analyze the feasibility of system development, system development to determine the feasibility and necessity of. Then the system needs analysis, visualization using use case diagram of the system function demand. Provide a paperless, information office platform for the salary management of central bank.The on-line system, stable operation, proper accounting, save a lot of cost of office, has been recognized by customers.
