The Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Agent Network Marketing System

In the current nationwide area,real estate is rapidly developing,and internet marketing methods have also undergone big change.Due to the increasing personalization of house sellers and buyers,the proportion of services provided by real estate agents in the network marketing is slowly increasing.However,in most parts of the country,there has not been a very reasonable and user-friendly real estate broker online marketing system that can be capable of maintaining house resource data,store data,personal data and authentication data.Therefore,in the face of the current background,it is imperative to design and implement a real estate broker online marketing system by drawing on the related applications of existing real estate broker network marketing systems.The development language of the real estate agent network marketing system is JAVA.With Spring,MVC framework,ibatis framework,and Hibernate framework,functions such as second-hand housing,renting,promotion center,big data,my shop,and personal center are developed.APP is developed by Andriod technology.The system has identified four layers,namely,interaction layer,application layer,business layer,and data layer.The selected database is SQL Server2014.The real estate broker online marketing system follows the real needs of real estate marketing and implements modules such as second-hand housing management,renting management,promotion center,big data management,my shop,personal center,and APP.Second-hand housing management provides functions of second-hand housing registration and management.Renting management provides functions of renting registration and management.Promotion Center provides functions of house resource consultant,fixed investment of house resource,neighboring consultant,and real estate expert.Big data management provides functions of market browsing and usage data statistics.My shop provides functions of house resource recommendation,dealing house resource,announcement management,and online store.Personal center provides functions of my wallet,my points,password change,my information/certification,personal rating,and my package.APP provides functions of workbench,house resource,message,and my data.The application of the real estate broker online marketing system can provide convenience for house resource announcement,management and operation and it can analyze and count marketing records in time.The constructed system can provide real estate brokers with marketing means through the Internet to get the ultimate goal of real estate transaction.
