The production inventory optimization strategy is to solve the problem of how inventory and production operations match better.However,in the supply chain system,the flow of information from the downstream client to the upstream provider is difficult to be shared effectively resulting in the continuous amplification of demand information.This phenomenon is known as the "bullwhip effect".Therefore,the existence of the bullwhip effect needs to be considered when production and inventory optimization strategies is designed.Its existence is not conducive to the economic effects and development of enterprises.For this reason,in this thesis,the optimization management strategy of production inventory considering the bullwhip effect is researched and the inventory optimization management system platform is developed further.At first,the influencing factors of bullwhip effect are analyzed.Through the dynamic model of the production inventory control system,the bullwhip effect of system is studied under the unknown requirements,and the replenishment parameters,lead time,and demand forecast parameters are obtained.These three parameters are directly proportional to bullwhip effect.The larger the parameter value is,the more obvious the bullwhip effect will be.In addition,considering the influencing factors of bullwhip effect,an optimal production inventory control strategy is proposed to suppress the bullwhip effect.It is mainly utilized to reduce the difference between the production volume and the demand volume,thereby suppressing the bullwhip effect phenomenon.In system design,this thesis considers the problem of too many input parameters of the dynamic model.Therefore,the non-impact factors in the model are encapsulated and initialized,reducing the input of parameters.At the same time,the system management module,inventory management module,production inventory optimization management module and task management module are designed.In order to achieve the practical application of the proposed production inventory control strategy.A production inventory optimization management system taking into account the bullwhip effect is developed by adopting MyEclipse and ORACLE 10 g.and the inventory optimization management strategy proposed in this thesis is realized.At the same time,it provides reference for the later production inventory scheduling,and completes the mathematical model validation.In this thesis,based on the combination of theoretical model and reality,a real-time monitoring and optimization platform is provided to make the complex multi-parameter input model become easy to understand and be suitable for the use and operation of enterprise.At the same time,as for the test data,the operation test of the system is proceeded.The results show that the system can obtain a production inventory optimization management strategy which takes the bullwhip effect into consideration.The calculation of the difference between the production volume and the demand volume per cycle is realized when the bullwhip effect is suppressed and the desired goal is achieved.
