With the development of Internet technology,many of the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the needs,In order to realize the stable development of enterprises and accelerate the transformation and upgrading,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the current electric power industry China metering management and electric power enterprise is a very fundamental and important work.The production department,the meter reading information for power users can use electricity to complete and accurate statistics,the production department can make full use of the statistical data on the structure of production management,and the reasonable allocation of power resources.For the management department,the management can make the macro level power production and supply plan through the extraction and analysis of these data,which can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise management.China's information technology started late,although in recent years the rapid development of information technology,but compared with developed countries,there is not a small gap,and the management system of the present stage of many enterprises limited function,incomplete data,completely unable to meet the needs of users.Therefore,the development of an efficient and full-featured meter reading management system for enterprises is of great significance.This paper mainly discusses the process of the meter reading management system of Ganzi Power-supply-Company from requirement analysis to system implementation and test.Firstly,in the stage of requirement analysis,analysis of the functional requirements needed for the implementation of the system and no-functional requirements,and for reading meter reading plan management,practice management,data collection and management and other six functional requirements are described.Functional requirements describe the whole process of the system from the meter reader to the meter reading program,to the implementation and inspection of meter reading activities.In terms of nonfunctional requirements,the system focuses on usability,ease of use,and security requirements.It focuses on the availability and security of the system,the system needs to work within 99.5% of the working hours,and the system can effectively refuse illegal users to obtain data behavior.Secondly,in the design phase of the system,the system database and system design of the class and system workflow were combed and designed.In the outline design phase of the system,the three layer architecture of data layer service layer and service layer is established by using SSH framework.In the design of system database,system E-R model is established including ordinary users,departments,administrators,log information,reading data,reading data and other substantive and administrative practice,review the relationship.In the design stage of the functional modules of the system,the system is divided into a different function module,and then realize the functional requirements of the system,and the system adopts high performance server to ensure system availability,through the interception of illegal users to ensure the security of the systemIn the test phase of the system,according to the system functional and non-functional requirements of each module of the system test,functional test of the system function of each module,non-functional testing of the system availability,ease of use and safety tested.Finally,this paper completed the design and development of meter reading management system in Sichuan Ganzi Power-Supply-Company,the system through the mutual cooperation between each module,can realize the function of reading practice management,program management,meter reading meter data acquisition.And the system maintains a friendly human-computer interaction interface,and has a good ability to resist illegal users to obtain data.After the system has been put into use,it can make up for the shortage of meter reading management in Sichuan Ganzi Power-Supply-Company.,and further improve the efficiency of the company.
