Management Software System For The Remote Concentrated Reading Meter

The automatic reading in electric distribution is a new technology which uses the techniques of data collecting, remote transmitting, intelligent information processing in the system of electrical energy consumption management. Aimed at the current technologies status in the field of electrical power remote monitoring, we puts forward and develops a novel management software for use and supplier system based on Visual C+ +, which has the outstanding advantage of long distance and high speed of communication, high reliability, convenient connection to network. The management software for use and supplier calculation system has functions as follows: automatically read data from user's meter, set parameters for user' meter, test the communication channel, manage the user's information according demand, manage the information about electrical fees and price, automatically produce the form for reporting.The IC card repayment technique, a new technique area developed in the recent years, is used to solve the difficulty in collecting the fees of the public services, such as water, electricity, gas. As the IC card prepayment production in the current market haven't solved the data security problem perfectly. In this paper several topics are investigated: the password security of the IC card, encrypting and checking the data on the IC card, the security of the database, and a novel comprehensive data security design scheme is proposed, so that passive damages and active attacks can be been avoided. Especially the technique of encrypting lock and the encryption mechanism of multi-hierarchy encryption key have been adopted in this paper, which provide a new idea for the data encryption of IC card prepayment system. The IC card system has functions as follows: regeister new users,modify user information,produce fee forms for reporting, browse the record of user,initialize the IC card and generate special function card, back up and restore the database and so on.Testing for management software has shown that the application software has achieved the target.
