Design And Implementation Of Conbiend Video Conference System Based On IMS Network

Since its birth in the mid of the last century,up to now video conference has become an essential tool for remote communication.With numerous breakthroughs in technology,video conference,unrestrained by private line network,is applied in a wider scope;since signal has been basically transmitted by digital data,data stream is transmitted in a quicker and more stable way.However,network and hardware that support network video cost so much that digitalized data transmission cannot be achieved broadly.Recently a relatively influential technological breakthrough,Third Generation Partnership Project(3GPP),which puts forward the novel idea of IP multimedia subsystem,can provide multimedia service with more flexible network terminals,laying a solid foundation for technological innovation in the video conference.Derived from actual engineering design and based on the study of the IMS structure and its session control,this paper,by combining the existing IMS network deployment,proposes video conference system which is based on IMS multimedia business mode.Taking the intended function of the target system as the cornerstone,this paper analyzes various conference types and puts forward the overall framework of the video conference system,together with all the business processes conerning video conference.Besides,according to the actual demand,this paper offers deployment scheme of building the video conference system in IMS network,coupled with an introduction to the later business implementation.
