Under the impetus of China's dual-creation work,scientific research enterprises have made greater progress in information construction.Especially in some large scientific research enterprises,the most obvious is the gradual enrichment and the rapid increase of the number of IT equipment,which also makes the workload of the operation and maintenance management personnel of the enterprise increase continuously and the maintenance difficulty increases.And for some problems that occur in the equipment,there are loopholes in work management,and experience knowledge cannot be effectively accumulated and shared,which brings management problems to the growing enterprises.This paper fully analyzes the current situation of IT equipment management in a scientific research enterprise,and sorts out the business process and work content from the perspective of users' actual use.And through the Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL),the in-depth study of software implementation was carried out,and the IT equipment operation and maintenance management system of scientific research enterprises was designed and implemented.Through the needs research and analysis of relevant personnel,it is concluded that the functions of the system include: event management,problem management,knowledge management and service desk.The architecture of the system is designed,and the operation diagram of the core functional modules is designed by using the timing diagram.The detailed design description of the E-R diagram and data table of the database is given according to the design requirements of the third paradigm.The association rule analysis method is used to analyze the IT equipment events,which facilitates the location and tracking of the problem nodes of the IT equipment,thoroughly solves the problem and ensures the security and stability of the entire IT equipment operating environment.The Java language is used to program specific functions,and detailed functional testing and performance testing are carried out to ensure that the system meets the daily needs of users.Through the design of the enterprise IT equipment operation and maintenance management system,the event processing efficiency of IT equipment is greatly improved.According to statistics,the maintenance time of IT equipment in scientific research enterprises has been shortened from 30 minutes per piece to less than 20 minutes.And formed a complete process of process tracking of IT equipment problems,terminal customer evaluation and department leadership review.Through the application of the system,the comprehensive sharing of IT equipment maintenance experience has been formed,which has promoted the development goal of “learning in maintenance and improving in management ” proposed by scientific research enterprises.
