Introducing the ITIL relatively late, but also has set up a file in the financial, telecommunications and other IT technology intensive industry get a wide range of applications.Small and medium-sized enterprise is our country enterprise consists of the main, nowadays IT technology and enterprise core business operation has been inseparable, and small and medium-sized enterprises are almost no exception. But small and medium-sized enterprises in IT investment capital, technology strength is insufficient, cause IT technology application ability and time not neat. On the one hand is the enterprise to IT help to enhance the core business competition ability have great expectations, on the other hand is enterprise's IT infrastructure operation and maintenance work is not standard, the IT department became enterprise internal IT firemen, completely not focus on IT and the integration of the business strategy. So, how to put the small and medium-sized enterprise research based IT operation and maintenance work well, be a very realistic significance of the work.This paper carried out from the following several aspects: first is the core process ITIL regulate the appropriate simplified, in order to adapt to the small and medium enterprise application practice, this part of the content in the second chapter of this paper. Secondly, this paper analyzes the author works for a medium-sized enterprise IT organizational structure, this paper introduces the enterprise IT hardware infrastructure, provide IT services and existing IT process. Through the introduction, to understand the general of small and medium-sized enterprise operation and maintenance of the present situation of IT work. This part of the content in the third chapter of this paper. Then, for the enterprise operation and maintenance management for the IT needs, based on the basis of the theory of IT desk realized an IT operation and maintenance management system (desk part).
