| Wth the rapid development of modern science and technology,the use of video technology to realize real-time remote monitoring for social public areas has become a trend and a realistic demand in field of social management According to the survey result,the construction of video monitoring and controlling in Qianjiang District of Hangzhou City has taken shape,and the total number of surveillance and the monitoring density are the highest among all districts in Hangzhou.However,in practice,Qianjiang District Public Security Bureau and its subordinate stations clearly feel many deficiencies existing in video surveillance management,such as many owner units,a lack of unified construction planning,low quality of old monitoring video images,a lack of a platform which links all surveillance together to achieve resource sharing and so on.For the problems existing in the construction of video surveillance in Qianjiang District,this thesis studies the construction of the integration of video surveillance platform in Qianjiang District.The results as follows:1.Based on Ethernet technology,this thesis chooses H3C S7610S carrier-grade routing switches as the backbone connection device,and compares and confirms EPON network as a front-end network construction,and ensures the efficiency and advancement of the network through subnetting and VLAN planning,which lays a good network foundation for video surveillance and the connection among platforms.2.This thesis constructing a number of IP network HD monitors to achieve three purposes,namely filling the blank of monitoring area,meeting the demand for new business and replacing old monitoring devices.Adopting h.264 image format video stream and monitoring storage system of CVR centralized storage,and the monitoring management platform based on SOA software standards and visual secondary development based on J2EE technology,and following the standard and unified platform cascade protocol DB33,could achieves the sharing of video monitoring resources of and connectivity furthest.3.The video surveillance sharing platform in Qianjiang District should be constructed to management and use various types of segmented video monitoring unifiedly.The advanced video monitoring management software and hardware,such as video summary and video retrieval subsystem,should be adopt to make all types of video monitoring in Qianjiang District more effective. |
