The monitoring system occupies a very important position in actual production.The high-quality monitoring system ensures the correctness and safety of the production process and can greatly improve production efficiency.With the continuous expansion of production scale,the number of objects to be monitored is increasing sharply,and the accuracy and rapid response of the monitoring system are increasingly required.Under the background that the traditional monitoring system cannot meet the demand of mass production data monitoring,the design and research of the new large-scale monitoring system become very important.Based on the actual engineering project,this thesis will design a large-scale grid-connected monitoring system based on multi-channel CAN bus plus industrial Ethernet,and will study the implementation strategy and optimization strategy in combination with the actual production demand to obtain the specific implementation scheme.First of all,this thesis analyzes the system function and performance requirements,then determines the two major network layers of the system which are CAN bus and Ethernet,and the four core functional modules of terminal acquisition module which are subarea control module,slave computer,and master computer.On this basis,the design of the overall system structure is completed.Secondly,based on the theory of CAN bus and Ethernet,the implementation strategy and network transformation strategy of the two-layer network are studied,and the communication between CAN bus network layer and Ethernet layer is completed.Thirdly,under the guidance of real-time processing technology of large batch concurrent data,the optimization strategy of data acquisition and data processing is studied,and the hierarchical data caching scheme based on caching idea and the multi-layer task sharing scheme based on module processing idea are obtained,and the optimization goal is achieved.Then,based on the selected development platform,this thesis completes the design of the slave computer which is the key function modules of the system,and focuses on the research and implementation of the device health status detection function.Finally,an experimental platform was built to test the function and performance of the system,and the overall performance of the system was significantly improved compared with that before optimization.Through the experiment test and the actual production site operation test,the system can realize all the monitoring functions in the production site stably and efficiently.The two optimization treatments of the system in this thesis also greatly improve the response speed of the monitoring system.The system in this thesis has been officially put into use in actual production,and the running state is stable and correct.
