Either GSM or 3G communications, which will have its regional coverage blind spots and weak signals, and repeater is a wireless network optimization solutions excellent one. In order to effectively monitor the repeater, the repeater monitoring system design using embedded technology is very necessary.Embedded Ethernet technology on the realization of the 3G repeater monitoring sub-system can be more immediate and more convenient. In this paper, in order to solve this problem by using embedded microprocessor chip LPC2210 and ethernet chip RTL8019AS constituted. Porting Embedded Ethernet and Network Access Program.According to the 3G Repeater control subsystem design requirements, Embedded processor LPC2210 solutions analysis of the characteristics and internal structure, RTL8019AS Ethernet chip architecture and the application Repeater control subsystem for 3G systems and hardware circuit diagram. LPC2210 and RTL8019AS interface with the principles and specific circuit design and realization for a more detailed presentation. Then TCP/IP protocol on the various protocol and selected some of the characteristics of embedded systems for embedded system. Finally, according to the characteristics and achieve agreement Embedded TCP/IP requests from both send and receive data. Discussed the specific agreement in the embedded TCP/IP protocol Ethernet, ARP, IP, TCP protocol software and system software flow method and so on.Results of the study indicate that Embedded Ethernet controller can be achieved with the use of microprocessor 3G Ethernet Repeater Access Control Subsystem. 3Gcommunications technology which will provide a reliable guarantee of signal coverage. Embedded systems but also for other Ethernet, the technology provides a reliable means.
