Research On The Optimization Of Business Processes Of The Unified Identity Management System Of Network Maintenance In JLCM

In recent years,with the centralization of operation and maintenance mode of communications networks,network remote operation through information system has become to a major maintenance method.This kind of maintenance method can increase the efficiency of maintenance work,but also due to improper arrangement of maintenance personnel,unclear responsibilities,it caused unefficient implement of network maintenance,which brings risks to the network security.In order to prevent the damage to the interests of customers and the company,JLCM has built a unified identity management system for network maintenance.Network maintainers must work through the unified identity management system,which can effectively support the implementation of network maintenance.However,during the operation of the system,there are many problems such as poor matching between network maintainers and business processes,and the inconvenience in use.As a result,the delay of network maintenance and chaotic business arrangements occur frequently,which results in the impairment of benefit of customers and the enterprise.This paper aiming at the JLCM's unified identity management system for network maintenance,revolving around the series of problems existing in each link of the business process,using Business Process Reengineering theory and fishbone analysis methods,proposes solutions and countermeasures to the problems and optimizes business processes based on the in-depth analysis of the problems and their causes,so that the network maintenance level has been effectively improved.This article is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.It mainly explains the background and significance of the topic,the relevant theoretical basis,the main research content and the framework.The second chapter is the introduction of the JLCM's unified identity management system of network maintenance,base on that,it makes an in-depth analysis of the process and status of the network maintenance,the existing problems and the causes.The third chapter basing on the conclusion of the problem analysis,aiming at the link with problems during the business process,proposes the solutions and countermeasures to the problems in order to optimize the business process of the network maintenance system.The fourth chapter is to combine the actual operation of JLCM company,in order to promote the implementation of optimized network maintenance system business process plan,put forward corresponding safeguard measures and continuous improvement measures;Chapter 5 is the summary of the full text.The fourth chapter proposes the corresponding safeguard measures and continuous improvement measures referring to the actual situation of the JLCM company in order to promote the implementation of the optimized network maintenance system business process plan.The fifth chapter is the summary of the full text.
