Research And Analysis On The Routine Maintenance Management System Of Yichun College

The College of mathematics and Computer Science (service outsourcing) of Yichun University (Jiangxi) is an independent level Department of the Institute of technology. It includes three major subjects, including mathematics, computer science, and service outsourcing, and sets up the subject of teaching, research and administrative management. Center laboratory is the equipment maintenance and management department of this college, the center staff is responsible for technical supports (hardware and software maintenance), equipment safety, equipment procurement reporting, scrap processing and other daily work related to the writing materials.According to the existing situation of the center of the college, the paper puts forward the background of the research and the relevant improving measures of laboratory management and maintenance, and the organization structure of the unit and the business problems that need to be solved in the daily maintenance are described in detail, giving the basic information of the device, fault registration, apply for repairs, material receive, maintenance management, maintenance query and statistics of the basic work flow chart, and then, according to the Central Laboratory of information technology advantages, the optimization analysis is given. According to the daily maintenance and management of central laboratory, I firstly give the function of the system in the function analysis of central laboratory, then give the general use case diagram and basic information of the daily maintenance of central laboratory equipment, fault registration, warranty application, material collection, maintenance management, maintenance statistics, system user information management sub case diagram, on the basis of the analysis of the experimental center management case, the package diagram analysis is given. On the basis of the analysis and function analysis of the daily maintenance of the experimental center, the analysis of the system is given, the relationship between the interface, control and information required by each sub case is analyzed, and analyzes their data entity relationship and the need of information table structure.Through this paper a series of work flow and detailed analysis, I have a brief summary of the management of the Center Laboratory of Yichun University, provide an important theoretical basis for the future work to improve the work efficiency and business skills, it also lays a solid foundation for further innovation and scientific research work in the future.
