| At present,with the scale development of cloud computing,many excellent cloud service providers have emerged in China,among which the cloud services of telecom operators are also developing on a large scale.As the main force of the national communication industry,telecom operators have unique advantages in the traditional wired network and wireless network service coverage.However,the popularity of cloud computing and the rapid development of Internet enterprises have brought new opportunities and challenges to the cloud business of telecom operators.Although cloud products of telecom operators try to catch up with Internet companies on technical and scale,but there is still a big gap.To some extent,it is related to the transformation of the traditional business process of‘PlanningConstruction-Maintenance-Optimization-Marketing’ formed over the years,which is abbreviated as ’PCMOM’.In recent years,the microservices technology has gradually matured and provided new ideas for telecom operators to optimize the business process of cloud products.The thesis of this paper is the optimization of the business process of telecom operators’ cloud products based on microservices technology.This paper studies the theory of business process optimization,and tries to combine it with the business process practice accumulation of telecom operators for many years,and analyzes the limitations of existing telecom operators’ PCMOM business processes when facing cloud products.Taking SY Group’s 5G private network project and PG Agricultural Industrial Park’s smart agriculture cloud platform project as examples,this paper analyzes the specific problems in the PCMOM business process and puts forward the optimization direction.At the same time,the core concept of microservices architecture is studied,a more suitable business process for telecom operators’ cloud products is designed,that is,the business process of ’Planning-Construction-Choreography-OptimizationMarketing’,which is abbreviated as ’PCCOM’.Two types of projects are reviewed according to the new process to demonstrate the advantages of the optimized process.By virtue of the advantages of microservices technology,this paper proposes optimized business process for telecom operators’ cloud products.To a certain extent,it can provide reference for telecom operators to improve the development efficiency of business market with cloud products as its core.It also lays a foundation for telecom operators to explore how to empower business customers with digital transformation. |
