With the development of the domestic economy,the demand for logistics is growing.With the development of automation technology maturity,automatic warehouse in the international community has rapidly developed into a new storage idea and facility.Automatic Storage and Retrieval System is a core establishment of current logistics system.It gathers storage,handling,delivery and distribution.Based on the appearance of RF recognition technology(RFID)and its efficient,rapid and accurate capacity to process information,the standard procedure of informatization has been formed gradually,and has become the indispensable technology in 21st century.As it presented in the thesis,CHINFONG(China)Machinery Industry Co.,Ltd.has established the automatic warehouse combined with the RFID technology,which associates the warehouse and the technical link to improve the automation of receiving and shipping the goods and reduce the workload of workers by scanning the warehouse and expanding its storage space.Meanwhile,this kind of innovation of the original technology system,which makes a change of the traditional system,can contribute to the research of system architecture.Based on the analysis of this innovation,the author concludes the influencing factors to the distribution of warehouse number and composes the corresponding experimental model.The thesis is going to discuss the following details:(1)the characteristics,principles and advantages of automatic warehouse.(2)the analysis of the requirements,principles,feasibility and system function based on RFID and its corresponding functional design.(3)based on the analysis of existing mode of automatic warehouse,the mathematic model of based on the principles of Bom Partition Code of goods storage;the design of data operation platform and the system programming according to the warehouse management systems,and the technology of Delphi,SQL,C/S.
