With the modernization of enterprise management,how to accurately grasp the type,quantity,and storage location of the materials stored in the warehouse,and be able to store and withdraw in a timely and accurate manner,while reducing the number of management personnel and improving work efficiency,is a matter of great concern to the enterprise.With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic technology,designing a warehouse management system is imminent.In recent years,the application of radio frequency(RFID)technology has penetrated into all aspects of our daily life,making the design of this system possible.UHF RFID technology was introduced in warehouse management to automate data collection for various operations such as warehouse arrival inspection,storage,delivery,transfer,warehouse shifting,and inventory check,ensure the efficiency and accuracy of data input in each operation link of warehouse management,ensure that enterprises can accurately grasp the actual data of inventory,and reasonably maintain and control enterprise inventory.In the paper,firstly,the technical characteristics of RFID are analyzed,and the advantages of UHF RFID in warehouse management are determined.The hardware is based on the embedded system design of single chip microcomputer.The principle drawings of the RFID reader are designed,and the principle of the main functional modules is designed and analyzed in detail.The design of software framework puts forward the design idea of B/S combined with C/S,and uses JAVA language to design the code.Through scientific coding and database design,batches and shelf life of items can also be conveniently managed.
