Now enterprises increasingly fierce competition, the success of its supplychain management will increase the big advantage of the enterprise. Warehousemanagement is one of the most important elements of supply chain, warehouseefficiency directly affects the benefit of the enterprise. The tunnel constructionenterprises have a huge warehouse daily throughput, facing the huge amount ofthe goods if there is no clear scientific and efficient management is bound toincrease labor cost, time cost, the management difficulty and the loss of thegoods. With the rapid development of information era, the tunnel construction toimprove the enterprise information level larger, warehouse managementinformation system application in the tunnel construction enterprises for the dailymanagement of enterprises has brought great convenience. First of all, it can onlyrecord the warehouse the goods of general information. But the traditionalwarehouse management information system has many disadvantages. Secondreal-time monitoring for the dynamic tracking ability is still very weak.Therefore, the tunnel construction enterprises urgently need a new warehousemanagement information system.Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology because of its uniquenon-contact and on the characteristics of multi-objective and quickly identify thewarehouse management of tunnel engineering provides a new way of thinking.Introducing RFID technology in tunnel engineering, warehousing management,realize the storage and automatic data acquisition, improve the warehousemanagement process, improve the efficiency of the warehouse managementinformation system applications. This article first advantage of the characteristicsof RFID technology, and combining the characteristic analysis of theZhongTianshan mountain tunnel engineering construction project in theZhongTianshan mountain tunnel project in Warehouse Management present situation and the needs of users and then give a ZhongTianshan mountain tunnelproject in storage System based on RFID (Warehouse Management System,WMS) business processes. Then based on the principle of RFID technology andthe ideas of software Agent to construct the four layers of the system structureand system overall framework and design the framework of library, RFIDmiddleware model event handling Agent model library storage and access modellibrary and intelligence. In storage model library according to the relationshipbetween the frequency and the storage of the goods and the outbound frequencyposition distribution model is established and according to the chosen path andpicking batch picking allocation model is set up, improve the past through theresult of a single index to build model limitations. Finally, the program isimplemented by ASP.NET, Android and SQLServer2000technology.In the process of building warehouse system, on the one hand, and putforward the design of tunnel engineering storage system based on RFIDframework, the warehouse management system to improve the new way ofthinking of tunnel engineering. On the other hand, through to the inventory goodsallocation and dispatch the goods picking problems in-depth study, respectively,the two optimization models was proposed to guide the operation so as toimprove the efficiency of warehouse operation.
