The Application Of RFID In Warehouse Management

In recent years, with the regrouping of telecommunication industry and 4G license issue in China, the circumstances that China Mobile faces has altered observably. In the new environment, China Mobile needs to put the focus on operating prudently and improve the internal management. The higher demands for storage management are, the more important role storage management ability plays in a company. However, the traditional mode of storage management which is inefficient and has high rate of error can rarely fulfill the demands of enterprise development.RFID is a type of auto identification technology which has the advantages of non-contact, fabulous environment adaptability, high-level automatization and large storage capacity. This paper presents applying RFID to storage management, which works on the application project based on the design of RFID system and designs a secure authentication protocols based on elliptic curve cryptography and hash function to ensure the safety of application system. The comparative analysis shows that the application of RFID can improve the storage management of enterprises in the way of efficiency, automatization, fine management and information processing, which can help enterprises realize the changeover of storage management from traditional pattern to modern pattern.This paper structures an intelligent, efficient and reliable warehousing system which can help enterprises save manpower cost, improve stock turnover, synchronize system data and physical logistics, and provide accurate data basis for decision. The conclusion of this paper is quite significant for the enterprises to realize efficient operation of low cost.
