| This paper which studies the warehouse management system is based on RFID technology, through the summary of RFID technology definition, the composition of RFID technology,the working principle of RFID technology,the advantages of RFID technology as well as the analysis of the existing problems in the traditional warehouse management process,the paper puts forward business process optimization based on RFID technology storage.For the process optimization RFID warehouse management,mainly from the storage business process, in the library business process, business process and business process to return four aspects of the warehouse management,the paper undertook optimization and comparative analysis in warehousing management application effect based on RFID technology.Combined the features of RFID technology and warehouse management, This article comes up with a design idea for warehouse management system To a warehouse in Puyang management limited a new warehouse in the background,and puts forward an overall design train of thought, as well as on the warehouse management system process analysis and simulation design. In the hardware aspect,the paper gives the storage management system RFID equipment model selection and analysises the equipment selected from the reliability, safety,maintainability;In terms of software, the system achieves the optimal location,which analysises optimization method based on least time algorithm slotting and attributed it to the location of the two assignment problem. Through the storage space optimization, the overall efficiency of the warehouse and the application of RFID technique achieves optimal. And the entire warehouse management system based on RFID technology undertook overall performance evaluation. The study has a certain reference significance to informatization construction of the warehouse. At last,the paper analysises some problems of the RFID in warehouse management and puts forward some reliable scheme for those problems. |
